Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

This Warranty Agreement ("Warranty") is issued by Sainxt Technologies LLP and applies to all Optical Network Unit (ONU) , Optical Line Terminal (OLT), Optical Power Meter , Media Converters , SFP Modules, Splicing Machines, OTDR products sold or distributed by the company. The Warranty covers material defects and workmanship under normal operating conditions, subject to the terms stated herein.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the invoice date or installation date, whichever is earlier. Replacement or repaired parts are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

12 months (1 year) from date of purchase or delivery

EDFA

12 months (1 year) from date of purchase or delivery

3. What is Covered

The warranty includes, but is not limited to:
- 1. Defects in internal hardware components such as optical ports, power modules, processors, or mainboards.
- Failure of the device due to manufacturer fault.
- Firmware-related issues, provided the firmware used is approved and officially released by the company.
- Port or uplink failures under standard environmental and usage conditions.

4. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, improper installation, or operation outside of recommended environmental conditions.
- Surge damage, lightning, fire, flooding, or other natural disasters.
- Unauthorized firmware upgrades, custom software, or use of third-party firmware.
- Physical damage such as cracks, dents, or broken ports.
- Water or corrosion damage.
- Unauthorized repairs or tampering, including broken warranty seals or altered serial number labels.
- The Visual Fault Locator integrated within the Optical Power Meter
- Consumable items like power adapters, batteries, or external antennas

5. To file a warranty claim:

a. Contact & Verification
Contact us on support@dbctech.in with proof of purchase, serial number, description of the defect, and evidence of the issue that the customer is facing.

b. Evaluation
Technical support may perform remote diagnostics. If a defect is confirmed, our technical support staff will inform to you send the product to the below mentioned service center address or to your nearest service center .

c. Return & Replacement
Buyer pays for shipping to service center; company pays for return. Replacement of the product caused due to manufacturing defect must be first verified Online/Onsite by service engineer of the company with in a time period of 7 days starts from the invoice date..

6. Limitation of Liability

Company liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of defective items. Indirect damages, including service interruption, data loss, or business losses are not covered. Liability shall not exceed the original purchase price.

7. Software & Firmware Support

Official firmware updates are provided during and after the warranty period. 

8. Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
